Casa Coco is the flagship. Ten suites, three levels, and an unbroken view of the water from every common space. Guests arrive to a full staff already in motion: private chef planning the week’s menus, housekeeping folding towels the color of the reef, and a concierge on standby for anything the island can offer.
The rooftop shala is why most groups come. Sunrise practice above the Caribbean, then breakfast served on the same terrace, then whatever the day asks for — beach club, boat, or the pool that never sees direct sun after 2pm.
The kitchen is professional-grade, built for a chef to cook for twenty without turning the villa into a restaurant. Ceremonies happen on the beach steps below. Rehearsal dinners in the courtyard. Late-night mezcal on the roof.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available on request, subject to availability.
Minimum stay
3 nights minimum. 5 nights during high season (Dec 20 – Jan 5, Easter week). 7 nights during Christmas & New Year.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged in full.
Payment
50% deposit to confirm. Balance due 30 days before arrival. All rates in USD, 21% tax applies.
Children & events
Children of all ages welcome. Weddings and events accommodated — let us know during your inquiry so we can plan accordingly.
House rules
No smoking indoors. No pets. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM in suite areas. Common areas and rooftop remain open.
